Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in Internal Audit, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and interact with clients at a senior level. You will leverage your industry knowledge and networks to deliver strategic, high-quality results and contribute to the firm's business strategies. Responsibilities: Lead services related to process and controls, risk assessment, and testing methodologies. Manage large projects ensuring operational excellence. Engage with senior client stakeholders to ensure project success. Provide strategic insights and leverage industry trends. Innovate and lead process improvements to solve complex problems. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Mathematics. At least 7 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: CIA, CPA, or CISA certifications preferred. Strong knowledge of business processes, financial reporting, IT risks, and controls. Understanding of corporate governance and SOX compliance. Experience with fraud risk management and anti-corruption controls. Excellent project management and communication skills.
