Duties

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries.
• Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks and Excel.
• Assist in technical accounting tasks, including accrual accounting and financial report writing.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid CPA license.
• Proficient in financial software applications, including QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with account reconciliation processes and balance sheet management.
• Excellent technical accounting skills with the ability to prepare detailed financial reports.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
