Job Description

Our client, a leader in the construction and commissioning industry, is seeking a Energy Safety Compliance Manager to join their team. As an Energy Safety Compliance Manager, you will be part of the Energy Isolation Management department supporting critical datacenter construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven ability to implement improvements, and a solid understanding of safety standards which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Energy Safety Compliance Manager

Location: WDM, IA (Onsite, 80% field work, 20% office)

Pay Range: $45.41 - $52

What's the Job?

• Ensure vendors and contractors adhere to the Energy Isolation Program and meet Microsoft safety policy requirements.
• Utilize SPS-101 Energy Isolation guidelines to implement and manage the Energy Isolation assurance process.
• Participate in High Risk Activity planning meetings and ensure proper approval processes are in place.
• Conduct audits of site practices and ensure compliance with established safety standards.
• Act as an independent authority to halt unsafe work practices related to Energy Isolation.

What's Needed?

• Experience in datacenter construction and commissioning standards.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to diverse teams.
• Strong auditing skills to assess site practices against written standards.
• Familiarity with multiple energy sources, particularly electrical systems.
• Proven ability to interpret line drawings and ensure compliance with safety standards.
