Position Details Facility: BayCare Health System, Behavioral Health Admin-NBBH Location: North Bay Recovery Center Status: Full Time Shift Hours: 6:45pm-7:15am Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: No Responsibilities Provide crisis intervention and assessment for adults, children, and adolescents, recommending treatment options that meet individual needs in the least restrictive environment for psychiatric and substance abuse cases. Coordinate the Intake/psych ED waiting area with other team members to ensure safety and welfare of persons served. Coordinate with law enforcement, hospitals, and outpatient agencies via phone screening and triage for behavioral health placements. Respond to referral requests from internal and external sources. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, Special Education, Health Education, Human Services, or related field Minimum 1 year of mental health experience; internship in acute emergency care preferred.
