Now hiring Electronic Assembler
San Diego, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Step onto the floor where skilled assembly meets opportunity. We're looking for Electronic Assemblers to join our crew and help keep products moving with precision, speed, and quality.
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
Must have knowledge of IPC 610/620 and J-STD-001 standards (certification preferred)
Dependable, steady, and punctual
Comfortable working with your hands and tools
Strong eye for detail and quality
Respect for safety and teamwork
Ability to read blueprints, follow written and verbal instructions, and measure accurately
Basic computer skills and commitment to continuous improvement
Must be able to distinguish colors for wiring and coding
What You'll Build Every Day
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production documentation to complete assigned assemblies
Perform assembly tasks such as labeling, soldering, wire cutting, crimping, harnessing, potting, and continuity testing
Build and assemble cables, circuit boards, and harness boards using hand tools and microscopes
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with production standards and QMS procedures
Work alongside your crew to hit goals
