Anticipated Annualized Base Compensation: $175,000 - $215,000 Position Summary The Director of People and Culture is responsible for the overall strategic leadership of The Bishop’s School’s human resources and culture. The role emphasizes fostering a positive, inclusive, high-performing workplace culture that aligns with Bishop’s mission, values and goals. The Director is an empathetic leader responsible for the oversight of the development and implementation of policies, programs and services that support employee relations, employee practices, employee wellness, compensation and benefits, recruitment and orientation, onboarding and offboarding, training and development, retention, legal compliance and procedures, investigations, and communications. The Director acts as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring the School attracts, develops and retains top talent while promoting employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
