Director of Operations (Manufacturing)
College Station-Bryan, TX (Relocation Available)
A high-growth, privately held U.S. manufacturer is hiring a hands-on Director of Operations to lead day-to-day manufacturing performance, strengthen Lean/TPS execution, and help scale operations in the U.S. and globally. About the Company
This organization designs and manufactures high-precision engineered components used in demanding, mission-critical applications across industries such as aerospace, energy, and advanced materials. Known for innovation and technical excellence, they have an established international footprint and are actively expanding their operational capabilities both domestically and overseas.
They run an operation rooted in structure, standards, and accountability and they are hiring a leader who can take those strengths and elevate them even further.
