Job Description
All About You Residential Care provides Group Home and Supportive In-Home services for individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities. We are seeking dedicated, caring, and professional Direct Support Professionals to join our team.
We have various full-time and part-time shifts are available for group home and in-home positions.
Responsibilities:
Assist & support with activities of daily living
Assist & support with maintaining a healthy and comfortable living environment
Assist & support with community integration
Ensure the health & safety of individuals
Implement the individual's support plan
Properly complete documentation of services provided using electronic documentation system
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required
Previous experience in personal care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Current PPD test
Have or willing to obtain CPR/First Aid, TOVA (Behavior Management Training), and Medication Management
Background free of barrier crimes
Reliable and insured transportation
Valid driver's license
