Digital Marketing Specialist - Campaign Manager

Contract Duration : 12 Months (W2 – weekly pay, benefits) (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

Position Overview:

Join the marketing activation and transformation team at a leading Fortune 500 banking institution, supporting credit card marketing campaigns. This team manages multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at both prospective and existing credit card customers. As a Campaign Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing campaign documentation, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple marketing campaigns of varying complexity across email, direct mail, landing pages and websites, and various digital channels.
• Partner with stakeholders from various business areas to coordinate campaign execution.
• Own and maintain campaign requirements, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Ensure campaigns align with industry regulations, including risk and control standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing execution, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally while motivating and influencing others.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a regulated industry with an understanding of risk and control functions.
• Familiarity with core marketing channels, including digital, landing pages and web, email, and direct mail.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed campaign documentation.
