Internship Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual who is passionate about marketing and content creation to join us as a Marketing Intern. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our team to coordinate and create content, manage social media posts, and help design weekly promotions aimed at growing our business and promoting our subscription program.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
• Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, and social media marketing platforms
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, HTML, and CSS
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights for optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of content creation and copywriting techniques
• Familiarity with performance marketing and e-commerce principles

Responsibilities:

• Part-time, approximately 4 hours per day, with flexibility on workdays.
• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikToc, etc.).
• Help develop and execute weekly promotions to attract new customers and boost subscription sales.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure consistent branding across all marketing initiatives.
• Track social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement.
• Research and analyze market trends to develop new promotional ideas.
• Support the planning of marketing campaigns and community events.
