Office based in Makati, you'll be the frontline hero, ensuring customers receive the support they need, all while working in a flexible environment that balances on-site and remote opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Provide top-notch support through phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints for continuous service improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to resolve customer concerns and refine service processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities for enhancing the customer service experience.
