This full-time position invites Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to become part of a dedicated team providing exceptional anesthesia care in an outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to provide pain relief during medical procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with Anesthesiologists and healthcare teams to plan and manage anesthesia care.
• Provide airway management and intubation services as necessary.
• Support professional development and mentorship among colleagues.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold safety measures in patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
• Utilize EMR systems efficiently to document care and enhance patient experiences.
• Promote a collaborative, respectful work environment focusing on positive patient experiences.
• Travel to other ambulatory sites as required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
• Active nursing and specialty licenses in Michigan.
• At least 2 years of CRNA work experience.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain).
• Clean malpractice and license history.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Flexibility and commitment to team-oriented environment.
• Must be willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Michigan nursing and specialty license (must be in-hand).
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain).
• Board Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) is mandatory.
