Our Substance Abuse Counselors work with clients in substance abuse treatment across all levels of care in both group and individual therapy.

We are looking for experienced CADC Counselors to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health team!

The Substance Abuse Outpatient Counselor position is full-time (40 hours/ week) and in-person. Located at our NEW Willamette Family Downtown Treatment location in Eugene, OR!

Shift & Days:

Monday- Friday 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Compensation:

Starting wage $26.57 / Hour

• Criminal Background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening (Including THC)
• Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. Minimum Qualifications:

• CADC I Certification or Above is REQUIRED
• High school / GED Completion
