Responsibilities

• Requirements for BI and Data solutions
• Wire framing on any known tools in the market (Balsamiq, iRise etc)
• Data Warehouse background
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Deliver services that meet internal KPIs & customer SLAs

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Reference Data Management strategies, implementing RDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions.
• Experience with enterprise level data analysis and integration work and/or providing data focused systems integration solutions
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems
• Functional knowledge of a variety of technologies and how they work together.
• Broad knowledge across the reporting solution stack: Database, Database schema, ETL, Reporting tool set, experience in segmenting solution / implementation across above layers.
• Critical thinking, problem solving skills capable to drive execution, management of SLA commitments and exceptional team results.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) / Reporting and datamart domain
• Data focused, including analysis, typical issues including data integration challenges/solutions and high level knowledge of dimensional analysis / design concepts
• Ability to work across the technology silos to formulate high level designs with project team, assist team to diagnose issues and perform trade-off analysis
