Partner Business Analyst - Program Management & Reporting
Location: Hoboken, NJ (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Partner Business Analyst to support the day-to-day operations and strategic execution for our Hyperscaler Enterprise Partnership Program. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting program controls, governance & contract compliance, pipeline management, and delivering high-quality performance reporting across their assigned Hyperscaler.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Coordination and Program Administration: Manage operational and administrative tasks for the executive leader, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, follow-ups, and tracking of key action items.
Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, workflows, and controls to ensure partner activities align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to contract terms, obligations, and key deliverables.
Pipeline Management: Oversee and maintain the partner opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and alignment with strategic goals.
Performance Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor partner performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Identify trends, surface insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Program Oversight: Coordinate across internal teams (legal, finance, product, etc.) and external partners to manage project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve internal processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and clear accountability within the partner ecosystem.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (Masters degree a plus)
5+ years of experience in program management, partner operations, or ecosystem management
Demonstrated experience in creating governance structures, enforcing compliance, and contract management
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with partner ecosystems in Cloud, tech, SaaS, or similar industries
Experience with CRM and contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Ironclad, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Power BI and/or Tableau
Strong business acumen and understanding of partner/channel models
