Job Description

Position Overview

Join Canon Canada as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a member of the customer service team, you will respond to inbound calls and emails from customers in French and English, update systems, and ensure the dispatch team has accurate information.

Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to inbound calls and emails related to client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure issues are thoroughly investigated and determine the appropriate action for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of changes to account information through the CCTS database.
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow all current departmental procedures, processes, and methodologies.
  • Escalate any unresolved customer concerns to the Manager.
  • Assist on special projects as assigned by the Manager; perform other duties as required.


To Succeed, You Will Need
  • Customer service / call center experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong "customer first" attitude.
  • Good organizational skills and strong time?management techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast?paced environment.
  • High ethics, character, and commitment to business policies and decisions.
  • Initiative in handling problems; teamwork and support for changes.


Remote Work

The position offers a virtual work schedule. You will be 100% remote and not required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need. A reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud?based applications and collaboration tools.
