Job Description Job Description Our School Security/Behavior Support Specialists serve as mentors to support our young men and women during their school day. This full-time position (Tuesday-Friday) is responsible for establishing a structured setting where positive behavior is encouraged and reinforced. A School Security/ Behavior Support Specialist assists with facilitating program activities while collaborating with counselors and managers to promote education, safety and wellness for all students.
