Job Description Responsibilities: 5 years of experience in Development or Infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and strong understanding of Azure capabilities and limitations. Thorough understanding of Cloud Computing: virtualization technologies, Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service Cloud delivery models and the current competitive landscape. Thorough understanding of infrastructure (firewalls, load balancers, hypervisor, storage, monitoring, security, etc.) and experience with orchestration to develop a cloud solution. Ability to solution service offerings across all four tiers: Infrastructure (including outsourcing best practices, transition, and ITIL) Application Development and Maintenance (including a basic understanding of various programming languages, SOA, and CGI’s development centers) System Integration and Management (including multiple SDLC methodologies, CMMI, and IEEE) Thorough understanding of Government procurement policies and practices. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in government or commercial IT consulting. Bachelor's degree is required. ITIL, CISSP or other relevant certifications are desirable.
