Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Stockbridge, MA for a mission-driven organization dedicated to patient and family care. Position is temporary-to-permanent with good long-term career potential.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who enjoys supporting a team, coordinating communications, and contributing to meaningful work that helps families and patients thrive.

Pay Range: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Onsite, Monday thru Friday, daytime hours

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional communication with families, patients, and staff.
• Schedule family meetings and department activities with precision and care.
• Coordinate and support virtual meetings and events (Zoom proficiency required).
• Assist with family education programs and special initiatives.
• Maintain organized records and provide general administrative support.
• Collaborate closely with team members in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of administrative experience (healthcare or similar environment ideal).
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and adaptability in a collaborative workplace.
